Description: Tobby puts you in control of a Asian hand fan that you must swing toward the dog in order to make it fly and reach the goal. But remember don't let the dog collide with any walls/moving stars or the balloon will explode. Gently swing the fan with your <b>mouse</b> as the dog fly upwards and release the mouse if the dog gets too high or gets out of control.
