FOG is seeking an experienced and talented ad sales employee to sell advertising across it's flagship gaming site FreeOnlineGames.com and network of specialized gaming properties.
The Candidate Will Be Responsible For:
1) All direct ad sales.
2) Managing and monetizing our existing crop of advertising networks.
3) Looking for new advertising sales opportunities.
The Right Candidate Must Have:
1) More than 3 years experience in online media sales.
2) Existing links and contacts in the entertainment industry.
3) Ability to quickly leverage above mentioned contacts for advertising deals.
4) Create and be able to sell non-conventional advertising opportunities.
5) Be able to Monetize immediately our Pre-Roll & Interstitial positions.
6) Advance knowledge of advertising platforms such as Dart, OpenX (formerly Open Ads), Google Ad Manager etc.
7) Experience of dealing with atleast 10 different ad networks such as, Adsense, Value click, Casale, Tribal Fusion, Rubicon, RMX etc.
8) Ability to sell direct and effectively monetize remnant advertising.
9) Intermediate knowledge of HTML, Java script, graphic packages and banner making tools.

1) Good spoken & written english.
2) Good communicator and team player/leader.
3) Responsible and ambitious.
4) Competent enough to make own decisions, hire subordinates and stick to deadlines.
5) Not need to be spoon fed or micro managed.
6) Must be able to begin work within 15 days of accepting post.
Compensation and further prospects:
1) Basic salary + commission, even on existing ad relationships.
2) Upon proving yourself, you will be given the opportunity to also manage our direct products/services sales department.
