We respect the intellectual property rights of game developers, publishers, artists, musicians, writers, and other copyright owners. We expect everyone who submits or provides content to FreeOnlineGames.com to do the same.

This policy explains how copyright owners may report allegedly infringing content and how affected content providers may submit a counter-notification.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that a game, image, video, description, audio file, user submission, or other material available on FreeOnlineGames.com infringes copyright that you own or are authorised to represent, please send a written notification to our designated Copyright Agent.

Your notification must include all of the following:

2. What Happens After We Receive a Notice

When we receive a substantially complete copyright notification, we may:

• Investigate the reported material
• Request additional information
• Remove or disable access to the material
• Notify the person or content provider responsible for it
• Provide that person with a copy of the complaint
• Record the complaint against the relevant account or provider
• Take further action where appropriate

We may forward the notification, including the claimant's name and contact details, to the person who supplied the disputed material or to relevant service providers.

Removing material does not mean that FreeOnlineGames.com accepts that infringement occurred. We may temporarily remove or restrict material while a dispute is being investigated.

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent.

Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.
• The URL or location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located. If your address is outside the United States, you must consent to the jurisdiction of any United States Federal District Court in which the service provider may be found.
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original copyright notification or that person's authorised agent.

4. Restoration Following a Counter-Notification

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may send a copy to the person who submitted the original complaint.

Under the DMCA process, removed material may be restored between 10 and 14 business days after the counter-notification is forwarded, unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action seeking an order to prevent the disputed use.

We may decide not to restore material where it violates our Terms, developer agreements, content standards, or other legal obligations, even if a DMCA counter-notification has been submitted.

5. Repeat Infringers

FreeOnlineGames.com maintains a policy of taking appropriate action against users, developers, publishers, and content providers who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Remove individual games or other material
• Disable uploading or submission privileges
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Stop accepting content from a particular provider
• Remove additional material supplied by that provider
• Block future submissions

We reserve the right to take action after a single serious infringement and are not required to wait for repeated complaints where the circumstances justify immediate action.

6. Misleading or Fraudulent Claims

Copyright notifications and counter-notifications are legal documents.

Under Section 512(f) of the United States Copyright Act, a person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for resulting damages, costs, and legal fees.

Before submitting a complaint, please consider whether the use may be authorised by a licence, permission, applicable copyright exception, fair use, fair dealing, or another provision of law.

Do not submit a copyright complaint merely because:

• You dislike a game or review
• The material refers to you or your business
• You own a trademark containing similar words
• You appear in an image but do not own its copyright
• You disagree with criticism or commentary

7. Copyright Complaints Only

This process is for copyright complaints.

Trademark, privacy, impersonation, defamation, security, and other complaints should be submitted through our contact page, with sufficient information for us to investigate.

Submitting a non-copyright matter as a DMCA complaint may delay its handling.

8. Game Developers and Publishers

If you are the legitimate developer, publisher, or authorised representative of a game displayed on FreeOnlineGames.com, please include:

• The name of the game
• The exact FreeOnlineGames.com URL
• Evidence showing your ownership or authority
• The official developer or publisher website
• The action you are requesting
• Details of any distribution licence previously granted

Where ownership is unclear, we may ask for additional evidence before removing or changing a game.

If your goal is to update a game, correct its credits, replace an outdated version, or add an official link rather than remove it, please explain that in your message. We may be able to resolve the matter without taking the game offline.

9. No Waiver

Nothing in this policy constitutes legal advice, an admission of liability, or a waiver of any rights, remedies, defences, limitations, or safe-harbour protections available to RIVOH LLC-FZ.

We may respond to copyright complaints under the DMCA, applicable UAE law, other applicable laws, contractual obligations, or our own policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Copyright and DMCA Policy to reflect changes to our services, ownership, procedures, or legal obligations.
